Our team will discuss your requirements and identify the best option for you, whether it’s a home office you need or a multi-room garden annex. Our garden rooms are all bespoke but remember bespoke to us means getting exactly what you want and not paying for what you do not need.
We can guide you on how many windows and doors you need to maximise light, recommend the best insulation so it’s cosy in the winter and cool in the summer, lighting, interior lay out and so on. We can take you through our range and discuss any additional services you may require , such as offering you a complete garden renovation or landscaping services.
FREE HOME VISIT

We recommend an initial free of charge visit to your home to offer advice on design options, add-ons, costs and options to suit your budget as well as measuring up your garden space if required. We understand that your project is unique and we pride ourselves on our highly personal approach to every garden room.

Once we carry out the site survey and fully understand your needs, we can then send you a quote. We pride ourselves on giving detailed, and fully itemized quotes (not estimates), so you know exactly where your money is being spent.
START BUILDING

The average build time is 10 working days or up to 20 days for large projects. This also depends on any internal specifications or landscaping requirements. Our lead times are on average 6 weeks from placing an order. Certain months are busier than others, so please check with us directly for accurate timings.
There is no need to disrupt any family life as all our work is carried out outside. We take the approach of constructing all our garden rooms on site.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Step 1
We require a 25% deposit. Our Architects then draw up the plans and send them to you for approval.
Step 2
A stage payment of 25% is due on commencement of groundworks.
Step 3
Upon commencement of the plaster board fitting we require 40% payment.
Step 4
Once the garden room is completed and we are ready to hand over the keys we will require the final balance.
